  • Acceptance of Terms

  • The Protection of Women from Sexual Harassment at Workplace Act, 2013:
    • We are committed to providing a safe and respectful work environment for all employees and volunteers, ensuring that no individual is subjected to sexual harassment or discrimination.
  • The Scheduled Castes and Scheduled Tribes (Prevention of Atrocities) Act, 1989:
    • VSCT strives to ensure that individuals from Scheduled Castes (SC) and Scheduled Tribes (ST) are treated with dignity and respect and are not subjected to any form of discrimination.
  • Labour Laws in India:
    • We adhere to Indian labor laws that prohibit discrimination in employment and provide fair treatment for all employees, irrespective of gender, caste, religion, or disability.

Equal Access to Services

VSCT provides services to individuals regardless of their caste, religion, gender, or disability status. We are committed to ensuring that all our programs, initiatives, and services are accessible to everyone, including:

Filing a Discrimination Complaint

You can also file a complaint directly with the relevant State Commission for Protection of Child Rights or State Human Rights Commission if you feel the matter is not resolved by VSCT.

No Retaliation

It is against the law for VSCT to retaliate against any individual who opposes discrimination, files a complaint, or participates in an investigation in accordance with the laws mentioned above. Any form of retaliation will not be tolerated and will be subject to corrective action.
